About Criminal Behavior Analytics, LLC

Criminal Behavior Analytics, LLC is a research‑driven organization dedicated to helping families, practitioners, and institutions understand behavior, fairness, and the systems that shape everyday life. Our mission is simple: bring clarity to complex systems and make the rule of law understandable to the people who depend on it.

We focus on:

  • Behavioral analysis and decision‑making
  • Sentencing disparities and systemic fairness
  • Institutional ethics and accountability
  • Historical investigations that reveal how systems evolve — and how they fail

CBA exists to bridge rigorous research with practical, real‑world understanding. We help people see what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what can be done about it.

About Dr. Larry D. Doyle

Dr. Larry D. Doyle is a criminal justice researcher, author, former U.S. Marine, and co‑owner of Criminal Behavior Analytics, LLC. His work blends behavioral theory, ethics, constitutional principles, and historical investigation to help families and practitioners understand the systems that shape everyday life.

Larry served in the 1st Battalion, 9th Marines (“The Walking Dead”) and later earned his PhD in Criminal Justice, focusing on corruption, institutional behavior, and the real‑world consequences of systemic failure. His dissertation has been widely accessed and continues to inform discussions on fairness, accountability, and the lived experience of people navigating flawed systems.

He has taught ethics and criminal justice at the university level, emphasizing the moral responsibilities of institutions and the ethical boundaries that must guide decision‑making. His work draws heavily on the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, and the Founders’ original vision for a nation built on fairness, restraint of power, and the protection of individual rights. These principles form the backbone of his research, his investigations, and his writing.

Larry is the author of The Triadic Behavior Adjustment Model (TBAM), a book designed to help families and practitioners understand human behavior under pressure and the institutional responses that follow. He is currently writing a second book that expands TBAM into broader rule‑of‑law themes, historical reconstruction, and evidence‑based analysis of MDL‑381 and herbicide exposure on Okinawa. The new book is still untitled, but its direction is clear: connecting founding principles, behavioral science, and historical truth to modern institutional accountability.

My first book introduces the Triadic Behavior Adjustment Model (TBAM), a framework for understanding how people make decisions under pressure and how institutions respond. It is written for families, practitioners, and anyone who wants a clearer understanding of human behavior.

My Upcoming Book ( In Development)

I am currently writing my second book, which expands TBAM into broader rule‑of‑law themes, historical investigations, and institutional behavior. This book includes:

  • New TBAM applications
  • A deeper exploration of fairness and systemic bias
  • Historical reconstruction of MDL‑381
  • Evidence‑based analysis of Okinawa herbicide exposure
  • Practical tools for families and practitioners

The book is titled The Truth About Agent Orange on Okinawa: How the U.S. Hid a Herbicide Behind a Word. What matters now is the work, the evidence, and the clarity the book will bring.

Why This Work Matters

People deserve to understand the systems that govern their lives. They deserve fairness, transparency, and institutions that behave ethically. My work — through CBA, through teaching, through research, and through writing — is dedicated to helping people see the truth clearly and navigate it confidently.
